Booking conditions:
• The reservation becomes effective with the timely payment of the advance payment.
• The amount of the advance payment is 100% of the cost of the reservation.
• The reservation confirmation fee is not refundable if the cancellation is for reasons beyond Saare Paadiküla’s control.
• When renting a room for a one day, the customer has the right to use the rented room between 15:00 and 11:00 the next day.
• More people than previously agreed may not stay in the campsites.
• Pets are allowed by prior agreement.
• Bed linen is included in the rent.
• The customer is obliged to show good care towards the rented premises and the belongings there. The customer is responsible for the preservation of belongings and premises during the rental period
• Please take into account the nationally established curfew, which is 00:00 on weekends and 22:00 during the week. Here, we primarily mean loud music or otherwise disturbing other guests. If, after a repeated warning, the client does not take into account the night’s rest, the landlord can apply a fine of up to €200.

House rules:
It is not allowed on the territory of Saare Paadiküla:
• Indoor smoking, hookah smoking
• Throwing cigarette butts and garbage in a non-designated place.
• When smoking outside, cigarette butts must be placed in an ashtray
• Making an open fire, the firewood in the shed are only for heating the sauna and hot tub.
• Use electric heat emitters or other devices brought with you with high electricity consumption.
• Staying indoors with outdoor shoes
• Whistling in the sauna and adding aromas to the steam water, throwing beer on the heater
• Using beds, blankets and pillows without first putting bedclothes on them

1. The customer is obliged to clean up the waste related to the food and drinks brought with him. If the customer uses Saare Paadiküla’s kitchen or other equipment to prepare his own food, the customer is obliged to use everything prudently and to leave things in the same condition and location as they were before.
2. If the premises or territory of Saare Paadiküla (smoked indoors, vomited) have been violated or other points of the booking conditions and good order have been ignored, a compensation of €200 per violation applies. In this case, the Customer must also be reimbursed for the additional cleaning and replacement/restoration of damaged inventory.
3. In case of lost key, compensation is 30 euros

Saare Paadiküla is not responsible for the property belonging to the Client, before leaving, please make sure that everything you need is with you.

In the buildings and territory of Saare Paadiküla, the Customer undertakes to follow these rules of procedure, the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, good practice and the legal orders of our representative.
